Aeruginosa. These media are used for the examination of cosmetics and clinical specimens for the presence of Ps.aeruginosa, as well as for evaluating the efficacy of disinfectants against this organism. Ps.aeruginosa colonies may appear pigmented blue, blue-green or non-pigmented.
