  • The CK-M subunit in the sample binds to the CK-M sheep anti-human inhibitor antibody in the reagent, and its activity is inhibited by the antibody.<\/li>\n
  • There was a cascade reaction between the enzyme and substrate in the reagent of the uninhibited CK-B subunit catalyst.<\/li>\n
  • It is proportional to the change of the absorbance and samples of CK-MB levels.<\/li>\n
  • Using a specific protein analyzer to measure the change of the absorbance, the activity of CK-MB is determined by comparing the turbidity of samples to the standard concentration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
